Logistics Manager (Presencial – Caracas)

Job Title: Logistics Manager
Probation period: 3 months
Salary: Base salary: $500. Bonus: up to $300. Payment to bank account in USD or EUR, or USDT via cryptocurrency wallet.
Workplace: Caracas
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate daily delivery operations
Plan and optimize courier routes and delivery schedules
Monitor order statuses (confirmed, in transit, delivered, returned)
Communicate with couriers, operators, and delivery partners
Work with Google Sheets / Excel, CRM, or logistics systems
Track and analyze delivery performance (delivery time, success rate, returns)
Resolve delivery issues and exceptions
Ensure service quality and compliance with delivery standards

Requirements
1+ year of experience as a logistics specialist, dispatcher, or delivery coordinator
Solid understanding of last-mile delivery processes
Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and a system-oriented mindset

Knowledge of English (B1/B2 minimun is mandatory)

Nice to Have
Experience working with courier services or in-house courier teams
Experience with Cash on Delivery (COD)
Background in e-commerce or food delivery
