About the role:
We are looking for a Quality Control Operator to join our Delivery Department in Venezuela. The main goal of this position is to ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate has experience in call center operations, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical and feedback-giving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate call recordings of delivery operators.
  • Provide feedback based on evaluation results.
  • Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Form recommendations to improve the quality of operators’ work.
  • Communicate with remote delivery sites to coordinate quality standards.

Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in Call/Contact Center – Cold Calling sales (mandatory).
  • Experience in quality control, supervisory, or team lead positions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing reports.

Knowledge and skills:

  • Strong conversation evaluation skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of English (B1/B2 minimun is mandatory)
  • Knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda will be an advantage.

Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 8:00 — 17:00 full-time and exclusive (no side jobs).
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday, and all public holidays
  • Format: Remote
  • Salary and benefits offered: Base salary: $300. Bonus: $200. Payment to bank account in USD or EUR, or USDT via cryptocurrency wallet.
